Brian Weber is a multi-instrumentalist, performer and instructor with over 30 years professional experience. He is a proficient teacher of guitar, bass, piano, ukulele, drums, mandolin, voice, trumpet, and other brass instruments. Brian holds classes both in-person and online Monday-Saturday. He teaches all ages, levels of ability, styles, and caters each lesson to the individual student. He holds regular performances throughout the year to showcase his student’s dedication, musical talent, and all around awesomeness.
Brian is also the Director of Takoma Groove Camp, the MD/DC area’s premiere creative summer music camp for young musicians. Brian believes everyone is musical, and looks forward to making music with you!

Alice (aka Melting Virgo) teaches piano, theatrical vocal performance, and songwriting at several locations around the DMV. Alice has coached many students into leading roles from school plays to national touring artists. She is also front person and songwriter for her original music project, Melting Virgo, in which she also plays trumpet and French horn. She teaches in Takoma Park on Sundays and Mondays.

DC native Erik Sharar has been performing and teaching in the Metropolitan area for the past 20 years. Earning degrees from the University of Maryland and Peabody Conservatory, Erik excels in multiple styles, including classical, rock, and R&B. Erik teaches guitar and bass guitar at the Coop on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
